In past work, our lawyers have represented clients in employment litigation based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) class actions, American with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act, as well as race, gender and age discrimination.
